We understand that purchasing over the internet can be a bit uncomfortable for some customers. It is our desire to make you as comfortable as possible purchasing from us. We are more than happy to accept returns on any product that does not meet your expectations for any reason. We will remedy this as quickly as possible to your full satisfaction. We simply ask that you return this product within 30 days from purchase.
TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT -
Simply send us an e-mail at cs@heavenlystock.com and include the following:
· Order #
· Item you would like to return
· Reason you are returning item
We will then get back to you with your Return Authorization Number and the correct warehouse address you are to return your item to. We ship from many different warehouses and by returning your product to the same one that shipped your order cuts costs for us and helps use to keep our prices as low as possible.
PLEASE be sure to include your packing slip with your return for proper credit back to your account.
TO EXCHANGE PRODUCT -
If the item is an exchange, place your order on our website for the new item you would like and follow the directions above for your returned item. We will credit your credit card for all ground shipping charges you incur during this process as well as for the product you return once it arrives in our warehouse and your new order for the exchange is placed. We do not cover shipping cost for sale items.
You can always follow all progress regarding your order on our website, http://www.HeavenlyStock.com, under “My Account”, MY ACCOUNT. Click on “View Detail” next to the order and you will see all progress made regarding that specific order.
